To join our appraiser network, an appraiser must meet the following minimum requirements:

Licensed Appraiser – Licensed appraisers may complete assignments on single-family dwellings, multi family units, 2-4 units, vacant land, and condominium properties with a transaction value of less than 1 million dollars. The appraiser must have a minimal of two years of experience as a full-time residential real estate appraiser. This level of approval requires a minimal state residential license.

Certified Appraiser – Certified appraisers may complete assignments on single-family, multi family  units, vacant land, cooperative, condominium, and complex properties with a transaction value of more than 1 million dollars. This level of approval requires a minimal of certified residential or general certification.

Appraisers will be active in our appraiser network once verification of their licensing or certification level is completed, the response and completion of their references, their quality of professional experience, the need for additional appraiser coverage in the market, and their acceptance of the policies, procedures and guidelines of Landmarx Solutions, Inc.
