Can Landmarx Soultions, LLC. guarantee a certain number of appraisals a day, week, or month?

The orders will be distributed based on ranking status for each individual appraiser. Landmarx Solutions automated system will determine the workload for each appraiser based on turn time, quality control and geographic area.

Does Landmarx Soultions, LLC. allow comparable searches before receiving appraisal orders?

No, Landmarx Soultions does not allow our approved appraisers to predetermine values for any of our clients.

What is the pay schedule for my work completed?

Landmarx Solutions will mail a check for completed orders on a rolling 30 day pay period. Appraisers can expect Landmarx Solutions, LLC. to process and cut a check for each order completed 30 days after it's completion. Example: If the appraiser completes an appraisal on January 15, 2009 a check is sent out via United States Postal Service on Feburary 16, 2009.
